Do we travel to houses and venues?

Yes! We prefer to travel to the location that is best accommodating for you, as long as the location space follows the contract guidelines, is a climate controlled environment, and the property is properly insured.

How many services are able to be provided at one special event with two licensed professionals?

We are able to provide up to 15 services if time allows.

How do we book services for our special event?

A signed contract is required with a 50 percent deposit due at the time of signing.

When is the final head count needed by?

The final number of people receiving services must be disclosed 14 days prior to your event date.

What should I wear when receiving hair services?

We encourage button down attire or something you can easily slip off downward and not over your head.

How should I prepare my hair?

To achieve the best results possible we recommend coming with clean hair. That means washing your hair the nigh before or within the past 48 hours if you are not dirty hair prone, do not partake in the use of hot tools - use only a blowdryer, and very minimal usage of styling products.

What happens when I touch my hairstyle?

We highly advise minimal to NO touching of your completed hairstyle. When you touch your completed hairstyle you are allowing your hairstyle to collect oils, heat,  and frizz at a fast rate which will loosen or change the completed look.
